Maintenance Technician

FACEO FM UK Ltd is a total facilities management company. Duties for this role include carrying out the planned preventative and reactive maintenance of HVAC and electrical building services. The ideal candidate will carry out all site mechanical/electrical work, including the installation and repair of plant, appliances and equipment, fault finding, liaising with and assisting specialist contractors and other facilities activities and tasks where required.

To succeed in this role, you will have an appropriate City and Guilds qualification and a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position. Preferably you will have completed an apprenticeship. A good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical services is essential.

Maintenance Supervisor

A Maintenance Supervisor is required to manage a small team of employees and subcontractors on site. You will take responsibility for all planned and reactive maintenance on site by managing the appropriate systems. You activities will include producing specifications for project work through to completion, ensuring all statutory testing is carried out and supporting the Facilities Manager with project management. You will also monitor costs on an ongoing basis for materials and will be required to cover for the Facilities Manager during periods of sickness and holiday.

In order to be successful you will have a strong M&E background with previous experience preferably in a facilities maintenance environment and you will have a 16th Edition electrical qualification. You will also have a good understanding of air systems, standby generators, water systems and statutory testing. Previous experience in maintenance supervision is essential,

Evening Cleaners – Basing View

Evening cleaners are required to carry out cleaning tasks within an office environment, including toilets. Hours are as follows:

3 hour shifts:-
Monday –Thursday 5.30pm to 8.30pm
Friday 4.30pm to 7.30pm

Experience preferred but not essential.
